How CEO Holdings LLC handles the information you share.

What is collected

Only what is needed to advise you and place coverage: name and contact details, household composition and ages, general health and prescription information where a plan requires it, and income information where subsidy eligibility is being determined.

How it is used

To compare plans, submit applications to insurance carriers on your behalf, and stay in contact about your coverage. Information is shared with insurance carriers and their underwriting partners only as required to quote or place a policy you have asked for.

What is never done

Your information is not sold. It is not shared with third parties for their own marketing.

Text messages

If you provide a mobile number and agree to be contacted by text, messages relate only to your coverage and inquiries — appointment confirmations, follow-ups, and replies to questions you have asked.

Message frequency varies, and depends on your enquiry and stage of coverage; most people receive no more than a few messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages, or HELP for assistance. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.

Mobile numbers are never shared. Mobile information collected for text messaging is not sold, rented, or shared with any third party, and is not shared with affiliates or partners for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

Retention and security

Records are retained as long as required by state insurance regulation and are protected with reasonable administrative and technical safeguards.
